劇情大綱

描述現代女性從基層民意代表從政的故事，刻劃在第一線處理政治、公共事務所面臨的挑戰與艱辛。 從女性參政的柔性力量切入，探討媒體及社會價值。 我叫陳怡君，我想探討一種對生活、對生命、對土地，遇到困難仍不放棄的熱情。 陳怡君，一個出生在政治世家...卻最最最討厭政治的年輕女孩。 她熱愛搖滾，大學畢業那年，她以為能永遠當個Rocker，沒想到卻誤打誤撞跌入了選戰。 並找來同是政治世家的明日之星江也晴，與一向崇拜、社運出身的黃兆元擔任她的左右護法。 陳怡君競選總部就這麼跌跌撞撞地開張了，從此改變了一生。 陳怡君雖然同意參選卻揮不去心中的厭惡，在選舉期間鬧出了不少風波。 先在政見發表會上公布自己的手機號碼，又被記者激怒失控打人、被放上了網站變成熱門影片。 陳怡君不同於對手的天真率直， 在黃兆元與江也晴的輔助下，竟也屢屢化險為夷，讓她以最低票數吊車尾選上，成為新科議員。 就這樣，陳怡君紮著馬尾、背著小書包進入了議會。 一開始，官僚體系與議會中的繁文縟節都讓陳怡君想要翻白眼。 但在參與小學校長營養午餐弊案、與弱勢家庭的安置中， 陳怡君發現：抗拒眼前的泥濘無法解決任何問題，唯有親身實踐才能改變世界。 陳怡君逐漸意識到自己的使命，也逐漸意識到如果想要做更多的事，就非得到更高的位置...

出生政治世家，討厭政治，愛音樂，改變世界是她唯一決心，當被推上選舉戰場那一刻，她決定用搖滾態度來打這場仗。

江也晴 / 姚元浩 飾演

政治研究所畢業，邏輯性強，更是3C高手。天生要走政治的小提琴手。沉穩重邏輯，戀母也恨母。是政治金童，成長過程都有父母庇蔭。

黃兆元 / 鄒承恩 飾演

學生運動領袖，不管抗議、擋怪手，他都毫不遲疑，因為他知道自己沒有什麼好失去。

沙冰娜 / 李千娜 飾演

性幻想第一名女主播，敢衝敢搶，不按牌理出牌！為了更接近黃兆元，她選擇進入父親的電視台從基層做起。
